Just to give Ajax fans a brief on what you guys can get from him. He is a leader no doubt about that. In terms of footballing ability, he has good long range passing, runs a lot, good stamina and is someone who does a lot of things that usually go unnoticed in games in terms of running into a lot of spaces, tracking back, organising, hyping his team when necessary. However, he is not someone who will score lots of goals and create as many chances. He is mostly a controller of the midfield and he is not that great in tight spaces. You will unfortunately see lots of lateral and backward passes from him in games.
