Poch is a mediocre manager all throughout his coaching career stubborn in his style of play that doesn't win games and trophies that's why he struggles to implement his style. Not recognizing the players he has at his disposal and playing them in their right positions to succeed. He doesn't know how to manage or coach elite level talent he's just another mediocre manager who loves to play mediocre players

I dont understand this club ,they spen 100mil+ on enzo and caicedo each ,who were not very proven ,only on the basis of "potential" but they cant spend 130mil on osimhen who is 'proven' and has a pedigree. Also osimhen didnt just come in the limelight go look at his stats in previous clubs ,also got the best teenager in international level from fifa in 2015 or something . + 8th in ballon dor, winning the scuddeto for napoli after 33 yrs .

Left back needs to be out #1 target in January. Colwill is not good enough there offensively and defensively. As for a striker I only want to see Osimhen or Lautaro signed in the summer, not an impulse buy.

However Gallaghar is doing we are still in the 10-11 position. Whatās all the fuss about? Nothing has changed. If anything style has deteriorated. Just get 3 points is not the point. This kind of thinking has made football into a gladiator sport lol. Nothing but stress. Poch is lucky some how we are scoring otherwise out game play is worst than last season. Itās not about Gallagher gone or Poch gone, it about using the players rightfully to get the best out of them to form a strong team instead of him pushing what he wants into players thatās just not the style.
