Issue with choupo moting, he has no athleticism or pace. so he’s gonna lurk the penalty spot. and the lack of reception rasmus has had this season just makes me feel like it’ll be the same story with choupo moting. seems pointless and a waste to me

Martial should be let go if there is an offer for him. He is a free agent in the summer. Why not getting a few million from the transfer and wages saved? Play Rashford upfront if Holjund isn't available. And yes, I am saying this because, with or without Martial, I do not see us getting top 6 anyway. Choupo Moting would be a good signing. He is good in the locker room and works hard. He had his best year of his career last year. The only issue is he is injured a lot at this point. But if he stayed healthy could have scored 25-30 goals for Bayern last year. Last year Bayern were better with him in the side. I would prefer him over Martial at this point. A few years ago when Lewandoski was injured in the semis of the Champion League, Choupo Moting played and scored. Bayern lost but it was because the regular starters around him did nothing. He scored big goals for PSG in the Champions league as well. He is a solid pro that won't be intimidated by the pressure of United and could be a great influence on Hojlund. I wouldn't mind him as a backup/mentor for Hojlund.
