Balde is such a waste he never crosses the ball to our strikers after getting into a good positions all he does is hit the ball straight to our opponents defender..i miss jodi alba he is still far better that balde..i was so angry yesterday he crossses stupid balls and he doesn't even feel like he has done anything bad as a player you do the same thing almost 10x in a game shows ur not good enoungh..thank God cancelo injury came at this time atleast he should be back before the game against napoli because he is our only dwfender that offer threat going forward

This is ridiculous with the injuries! I mean it seems every game someone is injured and is out for 2-3 weeks. Is there anyone on the team that hasn't been injured yet? I mean football does have contact at times but it is by no means as tough as Hockey, American Football, or Rugby. It just seems strange that such fit athletes are constantly getting injured, not just a Barca but overall. I hope Cancelo is back soon. I think he is good fit for this team. Both he and Gundo bring their overall experience and the experience from a winning squad last season at Man U.
Very relieved. Thankfully. Speaking of that last minute goal, I'm so glad we have Gundogan, he's such a calm player, and Cancelo for sure was betting on him, remembering the time he spent with him in Manchester.

We are lucky he is not out for a year since he hasn't stopped playing since he got here. Sometimes I don't know if Xavi is talking out of his butt or if this is coming from the big wigs but not resting a player is one of the reasons Barca is in the mess that they are now.

Someone that is very dissapointing at the moment is Balde. The contrast between having him and alba on the flank is like night and day. Doesn´t matter that he is fast and hard working if he can´t make the right pass in the final third. I think with jordi on the pitch yesterday we score at least another two goals.
We won the league and had the best defence last season, not sure why we changed anything in our back line. As the saying goes… don’t fix something that’s not broken

To be honest. That game against Las Palmas was shocking. The tatic of the match was literally park football, over the top through balls for 75minutes. We struggled to get a shot on target against a newly promoted club. Barca are in a real crisis
Balde needs to learn fast bcz his end product is costing us a lot. Balde is a fascinating player his runs are great and if learn to put in balls on a right place, right spot this team will be scoring goals in every game
I think the team problem is not the defense but the way of pressing by the whole team. Last year you could see Barca winning ball at the opposition half but this year the story is different.
Same like Gavi Xavi been overplaying Cancelo, hes played every match since he came, I'm glad that he got injured for Barca and not for Portugal otherwise Xavi would start blaming the Portugese for using him

Barca is done for the next 10 years unfortunately. They no longer will be able to bring in high end players. The leverage of just playing for Barca can no longer be used
Going back to our backline from last season should be a good option. Inigo Martinez is really the best option to complete the defence..
Legit, play Cancelo, De Jong, Gundogan in midfield and play Balde, Araujo, Christensen, Kounde in defense

The reality of both Joaos is that they have loads of talent. But they remain mostly inconsistent. It’s like we got rid of Dembele and replaced him with two guys just like him.

Anytime I hear cruciate ligament and injury in the same sentence I get really worried. Very glad to hear it’s only a sprain and not a tear. I guess this will give Barca more opportunity to evaluate him until the end of the season. Had it been a season ending injury Barca would have to Cancelo his loan deal – bad pun but I couldn’t resist haha
Defence is sh*t right now. None of them Comes to defend in time and none of them cant tackle. Remove Balde, he cant even recieve easy passes

Last year there were differential players like Dembele who were able to unlock defense. we don't have that this year in our squad anymore. there is not threat coming from anywhere in the field of play
this season is such a bad season for us.. i really doubt we would have any better results even if it were any other coach this season with all our injuries…. we should probably just not judge xavi too much bc we might have a very different result if we were free from all these injuries..

great news. this might a blessing, I think cancelo is probably best playing in midfield role tbh. Xavi should try him out for a few games in La liga once back. I think one of things missing in defense is communication compared to last.
