I watched the game and the replay multiple times. I thought it was a penalty, but the announcers who also watched thought it was NOT a penalty that his body was in a natural position. This is not the problem with VR honestly.

PGMOL said that it wasn’t a clear and obvious error because his arm was moving towards, the body and not the ball. Erm, ok then. That should be a pen everyday of the week, just like what happened in the City-Everton game

Who's here after Man City got a penalty for a handball on Everton player also sliding in similar fashion to Odegaard. I guess having your team swarm the ref with hands raised and shouting at him gets you a penalty these days if your Man City. If your going to cheat at least do a better job.
