I'm you're first like.🎉
I feel like as long as it still gives adequate texturing the Adidas logos are fine. I doubt dribbling with the ball anyone can tell the difference in the texturing.
Until you have a PhD in Aerodynamics you cannot say which ball has better "performance"
I think since the brazuca Adidas Matchballs only got worse. I think there is Not really anything to be made better then this Ball. It was fast, reliable and felt nice to Kick. The al rhila and now Fusballliebe are slower and if it is cold they get rock hard.
But I would Like to see a Full rewiew. It is always interesting to hear the throughts of someone else.
or maybe the texturing technology was just a gimmick this entire time?
Bad take, adidas has learnt since the jabulani and would have tested the microtexturing performance, specifically its aerodynamics, and since it cleared that we see it on the new matchball
The old one looks better in my opinion, but maybe it’s combined with the memories to it.
True aesthetic has taken over the performance and quality over last decade or so
Cries about aesthetics without even noting performance differences. Never change
I don't think the new one prioritizes appearance any more than the last one. I think the last one was just a market plot as well in its own way.
Personally I don't like it when a ball has such micro textures that make it grippy, the ball feels hard and less fun to shoot and dribble with whereas with the newer one it seems like it's softer and really fun to shoot with while still having really good stability almost like a mix between the jabulani and telstar.
Or the texturing does nothing
Bud onto nun 😂
That black circle lined with blue looks like the perfect target to hit a knuckleball free kick with. What if they aligned different textures so depending on which way the ball is aligned, it will move through the air differently?
2006 world cup ball
if you translate the size of the little logo shapes to a Golfball, then you‘d see how tiny they are. The so called dimples do not matter really in shape. Also most important are the deeper grouves and cute and shapes that stand out.
Its huge 🤨
Man i still remember when puma came out with the first simple ball
