      after the US game people were very critical of Mount. He produced Englands best chance right before halftime with a snapshot early strike that was only stopped due to an incredible save by Matt Turner…Mount took the shot early when any keeper would be off balance and not expecting it but Turner was somehow set and got a strong glove to the shot….Mount is class….England need to play Mount and Foden together their squad is dripping with creativity and guile

      As Chelsea fan he is average player he can't even reach the level of foden if he play the game of Senegal england will lose he is running the pitch like headless chicken with zero contribution

      Did rice play with payet? There is ZERO chance mount is even close to payet. Mount and rice are probably the most overrated duo we have ever seen in english football

      These new wave of players have so much charisma, make the world class players of the past look amateur. So excited for the future of football.

      Work on getting the ball forward. If you learn that then you might go from being a great England player to an immortal world cup champ. Mount was poor against USA

      That's great but Mount, Bellingham and Rice as a trio had rings ran around them by the US. That's not great. As good as he thinks Mount is, you've got Foden on the bench and against much better sides than Iran, US and Wales (probably one of the weakest groups) England will need to have much more midfield control to progress past the last 16.

      Declan is loyal, but Mount missed a golden goal scoring chance against Iran, blasted it into side net. Then against USA was running around up front into spaces but achieve nothing. Made one great shot which was saved and one good pass to Kane.Nothing more. Against Wales Henderson made more impact, not excellent , but better than Mount.

      Not surprised, they ARE best mates after all lol…still, Mount is one of England's best players imo, I rate him. Think we'll see the best of him as an impact sub, he's done it before and can do it again this very WC I reckon.
