  1. They call him Łukasz, not Lucas because his name is Łukasz 😂 I'm all for swapping Ings for Walker Peters, very good fullback that can play both sides, pretty fast, English, still only 26, gets Ings wages off the books and frees up a striker spot to sign a new striker too, no brainer really

  2. Guirassy will have to aim lower than West Ham if he wants to be a guaranteed starter for a Premier League club. He’s not starting ahead of the 4th highest goalscorer in the league.

And as for those saying on social media saying he’s a “Moyes striker”, he really isn’t. Looks more like a Haller/Scamacca.

Walker-Peters makes a lot of sense as with Alvarez in the team the fullbacks have more of a license to bomb forward and it also takes the pressure off Cresswell playing, as the pace just moves over to the right hand side instead.

Phillips at the right price is fine. Adds to the homegrown quota and isn’t likely to start every week anyway. Would add more steel to the team when Alvarez isn’t on the pitch.

  3. I like Walker-Peters. He certalnly has pace. However, his size and lack of physicatlity worries me though. Saints are not going to pay Ings £125,000 per week are they so we would probably need to pay him off before he would agreed to leave

  4. Gonzo please assure me that moyes is not making these decisions. Who wants to take over a moyes team of players that have been moysed. It will take 2 to 3 seasons to come out of post dramatic defense stress. We do not even realise the extent that moyes has cost this club in skill.

  5. If we do not get into Europe then Fab definitely goes. He probably calmed down as he was guaranteed starting the Euro games this season. Next year it would just be domestic cup offerings. We wants to play. Trott, Anang, Hegyi deserve a chance to be no.2 going forward

  6. With that 70 s porn star moustache pretty sure you will get a big German sausage at your market!!!!……… for me surely a striker is number 1 priority and maybe some cover for alverez……although would be tempted to experiment with kehrer their…….. we can cover the fullback s until summer where we can address it properly

  7. With guirassy it's because there a release clause so that's gonna be the price stuggart want so course it'll be guirassy preference and I like the fact he's keeping it real ill go were I'm paid best

  8. Gonzo – We have to assume that Steidten is now in the driving seat with transfers and sales, so whatever e do sell/buy = Lets see what the end result is + new coach 🙏

  9. Right back, left back as Moyes is not interested in bringing Scarles into the squad.Yes a striker does look like a necessary signing. However,I doubt we will do much business,I guess it hinges on whether the club keep Moyes after the summer. If the club do retain the services of Moyes,Steidten will leave imo.

  10. What sort of contract (a year, two?) did we give Ings?

I presume any sort of swap would include us paying his wages aswell – a move would be good for him also, such a shame to see a talent waste away.

  11. Agree Gonzo – Guirassy's statement re wages would really worry me about putting him in our dressing room. No thanks: I think we need leaders on the pitch – hard workers and team-first mentality. Doesn't sound like he's in that camp if the rumours are to be believed.
