It hit Cash's upper after it hit Havertz's one arm, then after that it hit Havertz other hand bringing the ball back into play, allowing it to then be poked home.
Has for the Jesus incident, I don't see how he falls over the way he does from the slight contact. He was clearly trying to desperately get the penalty, and happily, the officials didn't fall for it.

The rule is defenders can be given the benefit of the doubt for an accidental handball, but if an attacker’s hand touches the ball it’s a foul. Completely anti-goal logic. It’s a stupid rule, but it was technically the right call.
