I knew in the 1st 10 mins that our squad was knackered. You can see that the players are struggling with playing every 3 days. The lads arnt getting enough time for the muscles to heal and thats the reason we have so many injuries. Personally i would like it when we have a game sewn up for eddie to take our main players off and just defend the lead instead of going for handfulls of goals all the time.

I might be in the minority here but I think Trippier has every right to defend himself and his players because you can’t say they didn’t give everything they had it’s just Bournemouth played well so give them credit for stopping us playing the way we normally do.
We all know the reasons why it’s no good going over the issues again and again.
We lacked quality in the team and fans might not agree but we are allowed to have off days and we are not the team or squad we want to be just yet but we will get there just give the lads some slack it’s not much to ask. 🖤🤍🖤🤍
The fans feel they can spew any abuse at players with impunity. He didn’t go into the stands after them. He didn’t swear or abuse them in the clip I saw. I have no problem with him standing up for his teammates. No one will be as disappointed with that loss as our players are.
trips has every right to stand up for his team, hes the captain. hes the leader, He is going to defend the team in every regard. the fans have no reason to be upset. how many times do we have to say WE CANT WIN THEM ALL STOP EXPECTING TO. we will loose and hey guess what were gunna get smashed 5-0 again in the future some where, it happens grow up and move on, stop making it about you its not its about the team. got nothing nice to say fuck off and shut your trap then, Those players give everything every match. The entitlement is outrageous. learn your place. were not a champions league wining side, were not a premier league winning side. but we are a top 6 side. sooner some fans realize that the better. over expectation is delusional reign it in.
He wasn't aggressive! He made a valid point. He watched miggy go off injured and thought sean was. Eddie looked absolutely devastated when sean went down. They are shattered, can't rotate because no one can come on. Personally some fan's should at least try and understand the situation.
Was it criticism, or verbal abuse? I don’t blame Trips for defending himself and the team. Some of our “fans” should give their heads a damn wobble.

That squad is one of most professional to represent the club. Ever. Give the lads a break. We consider ourselves different from other fanbases and rightly so.

Injuries, tiredness or not it was a terrible performance. Tino has been the best player on the pitch EVERYTIME he has been on it. He is a RB, let him play RB and drop Tripper. He has been way below his usual standard…..
The all need a rest and reset i do feel for them its a setback on the cards for me but we come back from this.
Team are out on their feet’s and a minority of fans like that chap. It wasn’t great today but we are in a unique situation with injuries. Not an excuse but a reality. Players are human too and Trippier has been amazing for us since he joined although would have been better to have Livaramento today.
i understand we have injuries it’s clear to see but if these players are not good enough to come in for a game or two and get a result what they doing at the club
You could see the pure passion in Trippier’s face… I thought he was gonna cry for a second. After 2 minutes you could tell it was gonna be a difficult night.

We were all disappointed with quality today, Miley best outfield player says it all. What we can’t question is effort and I totally understand Trips defending that for his team mates. With 3 more potential injuries to add to the list, how do we get a team together for Chelsea🫣

We played with our heads down once Miggy went off, we never took on our opponents head on, the passing was too slow and too many square passes and back passes, our fans like us to attack. Bournemouth knew we were tired and went for the jugular from the start to the finish. We should have known they would do that. We simply are not ready for playing in four competitions. It has come too soon for us.
Even with the line up including the youngsters I thought we could put in a performance but that relied on the seniors firing on all cylinders but unfortunately Tripps, Shar , Willock and Joe weren’t .
They were jaded , off colour call it whatever you like and most of us could see that but there are and always will be a minority who will shout out destructive criticism. A day of tired seniors , no rub of the green in fact it appeared that the ball was more attracted to a Bournemouth head or foot but despite that the game saw no nasty tackles from either side in all fairness it was the perfect time for Bournemouth to play Newcastle now let’s draw a line and use the international break as a breather there is nothing we can do to the squad till January so hopefully some of the walking wounded can get back .
Players must understand that supporters are allowed to criticise its all part of the game trippier been poor last few games.thats why they get the big bucks take it in on the chin trips and get your form back.
