Park Tae-hwan has advanced to the final of the men’s 200-m freestyle at the 2012 London Olympics and is hoping for his second Olympic medal in the discipline.Park grabbed the silver in the event four years ago in Beijing, where Michael Phelps of the U.S. took the gold. On Sunday he ranked third out of 16 after clocking 1:46.02 in the semi-final. China’s Sun Yang claimed top spot with 1:45.61.Park took silver in the men’s 400-m freestyle on Saturday after a rocky ride through the preliminaries that saw him disqualified for false starting then reinstated.The 200-m final will take be broadcast in Korea at 3:43 a.m. on Tuesday.
