Anjelo's behavior was outrageous after being given out. Hope he will be sanctioned by ICC.

Its a law of ICC.ICC should be blame for this kind of law. Nobody use this law does not mean it will not use in future.ICC should be banned for this kind of law.. Even Mathew's as a captain also use mancard out against Butler 9 years before but he didn't show the sprite of cricket to Butler or any kindness.
