Jérémy Doku is the best dribbler in Europe, according to statistics. Or at the very least, he’s the most relentless dribbler, with a very high success rate coupled with a high volume of take-ons per 90. For this reason, Doku offers Manchester City and Pep Guardiola something completely different from the other Manchester City wingers such as Bernardo Silva or Jack Grealish.
When Manchester City signed Jeremy Doku from Stade Rennais, the Belgian arrived as a raw talent that could use some moulding from Guardiola. So Far, Pep Guardiola has been impressed by Jeremy Doku. He’s not just a one-trick pony that can torment defenders and become their nightmare: he reacts well to criticism and feedback, and is capable enough to apply it immediately. So, why did City sign Jeremy Doku? Jeremy Doku destroys everyone he encounters. Well, except for Reece James!

Well he got no joy out of Ben White and Reece James but aside from that he has looked dangerous
At this rate, hopefully no serious injuries, this guy is going to reach far greater heights. Good luck to Grealish. Every manager loves a winger that can get past defenders with pace too!
meanwhile anthony with fidget spinner skill
Reece James honest reaction- 🗿
Don't over-hype him man!!!! We've seen this type of dribbler before too…. Nothing new….
The only player that can keep Doku at bay is Jeremy Goku
Reece James: Not today doku, not today you shall not pass.
that front 4 is so fun. Love Doku
I didn’t know much about Doku when he came to City, but that all changed when he first came on the field – wow. To add that positive impression, when Doku attempted to push a downed player wasting time off the pitch (can’t remember which game, NewCastle perhaps) so we could get started, well, I was totally sold on him. What a boss move! If he can stay healthy & work on his finishing and decision-making under Pep, he has the potential to be top 5 wingers (plays both RW and LW so not sure which) in Europe
super saiyan doku finally gettin' his flowers.
this gets a sub. thank you.
On the subject of youngest ever Anderlecht players, I can unequivocally proclaim that Nii Lamptey was not 15 years old when he played his first professional match
Yeah except for Reece James, no one gets past this man
But can he do it against Reece in a normal London day?
Grown a$$ men 8n the comments typing "james/rice pocketed him" so what. Every player thats a dribbler eventually gets pocketed in some games🤷♀️
Got pocketed by Reece James tho
One of my favorite young players at the moment
adrian and @esteemedkompany looking like twins here lmao
This comment section just proves that Ben White is the most underrated PL player. Played every single minute in the championship for a Marceo Bielsa side.
pretty much did nothing against arsenal. even got nutmegged by ben white 🤣
Mike Tyson mentality
