He is by far in my top 5 players of all time along with beckham, rooney, vidic and scholes.
Good video, but a minor correction. Ronaldo actually spoke Dutch at a beginners level, because learning the language was (at that time) a soft requisite at PSV.

When Pirlo spoke about him how he marked him every second of the game cause sir said thats his today job. Pirlo was known for long passes to strikers but Park was like demon on his shoulder he couldn't do anything and United won
a note should be added: His contract was over when he played in the finals of Emperor's Cup in Japan. He palyed for FREE. He already made his contract with PSV before the Cup finals.
+ He got offers from 3 different clubs in Japan when he got booed by PSV fans. But he stayed and made his successful career.
I loved Park. He was like a bee, hardworking and professional. There was no whining, no complaints. He just worked his arse off and he delivered.

As a Manchester United fan, I was most disappointed that Park did not play in the final against Barcelona. I would like to evaluate him as the only player who can erase Messi. There were certainly things Manchester United had to give up as they functionally used up the Park Ji-Sung card. However, if he can erase Messi, I think Park Ji-sung is worth playing.

I was always a type of a player like Park, small, tiny, fast, endless energy, determined dog type. I never bark. I never stop running. I never stop. Challenge my enemy at every single step. Not long after they get tired, scared and with fewer options. As game progresses my enemy gets slower, brain gets tired of constant pressure and starts failing. Its almost like hunting. I get goosebumps only thinking about it. Miss football 🙄
