Another excuse from Xavi.
The most ridiculous thing why barca is not at the pinnacle of their true selves it is because our players are poor at final passes and taking shots to force pressure and lack or organize build up going forward

Lewandowski is a pig, Xavi is weak, and Yamal is just a kid lost in a torn team!
First of all as popular and dynamic as Yamal is, a couple of instances like this for senior players, you know, shunning, younger players can destroy a senior players image with social media, as viral as it is.. the other thing is let’s look at leadership … you’re in a position like that where you are clearly open. If your mall shot would’ve been In, would you celebrated with him and the team would’ve been angry that she didn’t get the shot in ? The player takes a shot after a fantastic dribble you walk over to them l, Give me a big hug and say “hey great dribble that almost went in. Let’s try a different way the n next time look to see if I’m open and send me the ball… working together will get the goal”.
Finally, the issue with negativity and the Pres is that there’s always gonna be negative Pres even when you do well especially if the press supports other teams … once they know what they’re doing is having a negative impact they keep doing it … Headlines are either super super positive or super negative. They’re very rarely balanced. The leadership on the locker room fixes this … the senior players like Ter Stegen like Gundogan like Levandoski coming together to encourage the youngsters to ignore the media to ignore social media, and to focus on the game and the team …that’s all that needs to be done.
One thing that is very interesting to be noted is how ineffective our press has been. Teams can play us in the park cuz we can't get the ball off their feet. We also have to understand that we lack a CDM. Gundo can pivot but that's not his natural position so his best qualities are not in use. While the club is struggling we have to remember that key players have been missing.

I'm beginning to think talk fcb is becoming a pessimist towards Barcelona. It's like you keep spear heading the criticism with every video now. We can't quench fire with pétrole.
Robert needs to grow up
We keep saying the team is struggling mentally and we are still the very people spear heading the criticism. There is never a day two problem's will ever make a right. I agree with xavi, the media is the problem and talk fcb is part of the media. Some of us just talk carelessly if Madrid wins 2:1 at the dying minutes of a game, they will say it's mental strength but wen it Barcelona, the media will go crazy waving criticism at the team. The didn't play well, they did this, that etc.
one problem with Barcelona fans is that all of them are coaches, experts, they know better than xavi but unfortunately we have just one football team. Let's allow this team some space to breath. Even psychologists will tell you thata calm brain and makes gd decision even on the pitch.
Look at Griezmann now. When he was at Barcelona, the media didn't allow him to perform to full potential every of his game was criticized and that was a problem. Look at his starts at Atletico now. He is exposed to less criticism and that gives him space to perform well. I know many will say Atletico is not demanding as Barcelona yes but we also have to accept that blc Barcelona is too demanding, the media has taken advantage of that to kill our confidence .
NB: we are the problems to ourselves. If we are united for the team, we will defeat the media. Lewandowski should have never left bayern. He's getting old now and doesn't have the legs anymore. In bayern, he would have had fast players like davies, sane etc to get him the ball near the box. In barca, its just not happening. Lewa can still be absolutely lethal, but at this point in his career, he needs the service from his teammates
No Xavi, criticism has always been there from fans, media, laliga but we pull through just find solutions to our problems. You bought players you wanted just focus on the work to produce results besides Xavi turned against players that won him a league
Its 100% true that media influence is getting into the players. The team should know that blogers always look forward to discuss issues concerning Barca. Robert Lewandwaki ignoring Yamal is a catalyst for unhealthy dressing conflict. Xavi has to find a way to speak to the minds of the players especially the young ones not focus on what is in the media but concerntrate on their development.
