I’m watching Ajax since ‘92 but I never saw a young defender like him before. From day one he was fantastic. Almost no mistakes. Like he got the experience of a 30 year old. Always stays cool. He’s got self confidence but absolutely not arrogant. Smart too. Stayed and renewed his contract at Ajax with United begging him to sign. Timber is one of the most stable defenders ever seen at Ajax.
