Dominik Szoboszlai And His 25-Year-Old Liverpool Teammate Have Already Become Close Friends.

Liverpool’s new sensation, Dominik Szoboszlai, has already established a strong friendship with right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, and this camaraderie is proving beneficial on the field.
Szoboszlai became Liverpool’s most expensive summer signing after the club activated his release clause with a £60 million bid just hours before its expiration in June. His impressive pre-season performance raised expectations, especially as Liverpool’s midfield was significantly impacted in the transfer market.
The team’s balance had to be quickly adjusted with another new signing, Alexis Mac Allister, taking on a deeper role. While this adjustment hasn’t always been smooth for the World Cup winner, Szoboszlai has been outstanding since his debut against Chelsea, starting every league match this season.
Reportedly, Szoboszlai and Trent Alexander-Arnold have become close friends, rapidly emerging as one of the Premier League’s top passing duos. While Alexander-Arnold is known for his precise long-range passes, Szoboszlai has shown glimpses of having a similar range.

They may have connected over their shared qualities. With Mac Allister often positioned in front of the back three, Alexander-Arnold mirrors Szoboszlai’s central positioning on the pitch.
Alexander-Arnold’s accuracy, at 25 years old, is exceptional, while Szoboszlai is recognized for his relentless running and the power he puts behind his shots and passes. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain recently acknowledged Alexander-Arnold’s praise for Szoboszlai, which is unsurprising given their close friendship.
Despite having never played in a derby before the match against Everton, Szoboszlai appeared unfazed by the occasion. Liverpool is quietly keeping pace with the top teams in the Premier League, hoping that the focus on North London clubs and Manchester City will eventually work in their favor.
With Mohamed Salah’s goal-scoring ability even when not at his best, and with Szoboszlai and Alexander-Arnold orchestrating plays, Klopp is confident that his team can improve on their fifth-place finish from the previous season.

  1. This will be a good team, maybe even I will like football. Klopp might also improve, and these play station players like Salah, Virgil and the rest should be sold already.

  2. I still forgot something. I would put Trent up in the middle, next to Sobo and Macca, in the back Konaté, and maybe even Rob, the other substitutes, in front Diaz, the other substitutes. I would tell Diaz that you don't have to handle every ball, you can score a goal right away. You are a super player, don't forget that!
