  1. I don't think he has a heavy touch I think some players stylistic will allow the impression of a heavy touch to draw their opponent in. He looked in total control to me and that's what matters πŸ‘πŸ’™

  2. LB you may have been a bit harsh. I really think his touch is fine but his speed& drive through the middle can compensate. He seems to be very explosive when going forward and has a nasty strike when on goal like Gundogan did. His attacking and defensive qualities is something that big clubs should've gone for. I feel he's underrated going forward and the lack of attacking threat and system from Wolves hinder his stats of getting more G&A due to being more defensive for wolves.

  3. Just realized its easy to hype up LB.
Edit: I've always wanted us to sign another 8, so I'm happy with the Nunes interest. Dont know why our fanbase wants another 10.

  4. Better get nunes to replace philips and next summer we go for WIRTZ for succesor kdb not eze because we have many amf now like bernardo can play there alvarez foden kovacic

  5. Getting Nunes is very important this season….We cannot expect Rodri to play 80 odd games (PL, League, and CL), humanly impossible… and kevin is living up to his name, he sucks …. he is heavy, stays stagnant, although he knows how to move the ball, Pep demands faster movement….defensive i have no confidence that he is going to back track and defend…. Let me give you an example, remember Grealish defending Salah against Liverpool PL game @ ethiad, Salah broke and 1 vs 1…Grealish bolted and snuffed the Salah attack… If you have watched that game, Stones and Rodri were also back tracking ….. With a fluffy kevin, I have no confidence, Sorry!

  6. I prefer Nunes. A more defensive. Because think of when kdb comes back. We can’t have Bernardo Foden kdb and Eze fighting for one position

  7. We also have enough attackers to go for we need that cover for Rodri and he’s said that playing too many games is β€œunhealthy”
    Β£55m+5-8m.

  8. If we bring him either him or kova can play against smaller prem teams and cups games earlier on and get us that much needed rest and cover for arguably our most important player. Share the attacking postion between foden alavrez until KDB is back and we might not see as many goals as we are used to but a rested and fit rodri and a controlled team is what we need.

  9. Hard to argue which is more important (attacking vs defensive midfielder). At the end of the day, the Philips transfer didn't work out and that has fucked us a little bit.
Nunes is basically the Philips replacement. Which we absolutely need. It's an absolute must. No way can we expect Rodri to play 60 games again, dropping at least a 8/10 every game. That's insane. So we need Nunes (or a player like him).

But we also still need another attacking midfielder. Only KDB and Foden is too thin. KDB is out for another 4 months and unfortunately I doubt it will be the last injury in his career and Phil also struggles to stay consistently fit. And as soon as only one of them is out, we have no option on the bench.
If I had to decide, I'd probably go with prioritising Nunes. Rodri needs a substitute. And just hope for the best when it comes to our attacking midfield. We'll definitely buy one next summer if we don't get one this summer.
There has also been talk that January transfer for Paqueta is not off (if things have been cleared up until then).

  10. Defensive player is more required as Pep doesnt trust KP and Rodri cant play every game. plus we can push Kova forward aswell πŸ‘ŒπŸΎ

  11. LB you're too nervy.. You are judging Nunes based on what he's done under other managers not under City's guidance. Look what we've done for Akanji…

  12. Nunes is not a defensive player, he is like box to box, attacking mainly but also defends. He is a little more defensive than De Bruyne I guess, and a great ball carrier. About the "touches" I guess that is just the "style" each player has.
