…Havertz needs time to settle and get us to the way Arsenal play. From my perspective the best midfield three is Partey, Rice & Odegaard but Partey is injured. Vieira has looked good recently but doesn’t look so when he starts so for now I can see Arteta sticking with Havertz from the start.

I don't see any improvement in Kai Havetz from when he was playing at Chelsea, & he was generally poor there. I couldn't believe that Arsenal were buying him but I just hoped Arteta would find something that I had missed – he hasn't…it's ridiculous that he is starting.

Thinking about Xhaka and how he got criticized before for his game, I believe Arteta will get him to perform. Let's be real man, Arteta even got Pepe to perform for a short while. If he can get Haverts to really perform, that will be a strong evidence of an elite manager.

I feel sorry for Kay H, but when they lost points they had won without the unnecessary offside from K.H. where the great goal by Ødegaard had given victory and 3 instead of 1 point for Arsenal in that game. The young Arsenal team should be allowed to perfect their existing style of playing before moving on to be more unpredictable.
Pundits here are clueless. Havertz is a team stabiliser with his work rate and physicality, and Vieira who is generally his replacement is now the impact sub who a) cannot play 90, and b) puts it's less of a defensive physical shift, but c) has now gained the confidence to play to his strengths and create opportunity in the team.
