Xavi’s team overcame a 2-0 lead in the dying minutes thanks to the late heroics of the Polish striker.

Not since ‘La Remontada’ has Barcelona demonstrated such tenacity. The Blaugrana were awful for the first 82 minutes, but came alive in the last 10 minutes, with Robert Lewandowski leading the charge in an excited comeback to overcome a tough Celta Vigo side 3-2.

Celta appeared to have won it midway through the second half, when club veteran Iago Aspas fed Tasos Douvikas, who finished off a brilliant counterattack.

However, the home team turned things around late in the game. Felix lofted the ball over the defense, and Lewandowski pounced, scoring the Blaugrana’s opening goal. Soon after, the striker added a second, turning home Joao Cancelo’s cross. In the 90th minute, the full-back scored the game-winning goal, tapping home at the far post after a well-worked move.
