The cases are different. With Antony, police are doing investigations but he was not charged so there’s no reason to suspend him unless the police decide to charge him with something based on any evidence. Greenwood was charged and arrested when the footage came out.

Whether he's innocent or not in any sport or any country the basic way of doing things is if there's criminal charges/allegations possible it's normal for the club to sit the player out to not distract the lockeroom and there's no way that player's mindset is completely focused on the game. But the big difference is Greenwood we have recording/tape which is way more damning then he/she say. I hope Anthony is innocent but if he's not it's a way worse look to have let him play compared to if you play it safe.
