She is the Captain of the South Korean national team and is widely regarded as one of South Korea’s finest ever players and their most capped player.
She led South Korea in 2 World Cups, including their historic 2015 campaign where they reached the knockout stages.
Cho was the number 1 pick in 2009 WK League draft signing for Suwon and has won multiple domestic league titles and also the Korean Player of the Year in 2015.
