I'd love you to make a video and clarify the hierarchy of the captaincy thing at Chelsea. If James doesn't play, chilly captains, if chilly gets substituted he gives the band to Thiago Silva but something interesting happens. The arm band always ends up with Enzo fernandez at the end of the macth. So I want to ask, if thiago don't want the arm band, why does chilly always give him. For all I think, I think there is a problem inhouse in this Chelsea team. This thing has happened every single match that Chilwell goes off.

Thiago has nothing to loose. He has achieved a lot already and deserve the respect. I remember Thiago calling out poch for playing players out of positions after a fan tweeted about Thiago.
I hope RJ isn’t looking at this and getting too heart broken, when he comes back he will lead the team to victory. Like a true captain! 💙
Thiago Silva is a perfect example of a player in love with the sport and obsessed with maintaining high standards. He’s an example not only as a player, but as a person. If anyone at Chelsea truly feels that way about him, we’re in trouble.

This doesn`t surprise me. Thiago hasn`t seemed very happy for a while now. Which is totally understandable. He doesn`t have a loser mentality like many others. The shit we are playing is not acceptable for him.

Todays generation is full of soft lads and If you feel its sulking when the best defender in the world tell you to do something then you don't belong to Chelsea football club soft lads! He has always been a great leader and one of the best captains I have seen so lads take it or leave!
Chelsea's problem is tied to the fact that management involvement in the day to day first team is excessive.
Captaincy is strictly team and coach's decision. When management is involved with even the choice of captaincy then pochettino is not given full control of the team.
I personally feel Thiago Silva should have been given the arn band up until he leaves then give it to Reece after, he is a proven team leader

Silva is serial winner who has played at the very Top and he should be listened too, anyone not listening to him is a fool if not for Thiago last season we could have been relegated, My faith in Poch is at a all time low anyway with his stupid formations and selections, and if confirmed he did say this to Thiago then quite frankly Poch can JOG the fcuk on, Conor to his credit has been trying hard and improving and tbh he has played more and shown more guts than James

Thiago is an elite level player, both on and off the pitch. I'm surprised he didn't leave in the summer to find pastures new; cuz Chelsea my friend, is a sinking ship, and it's sinking fast !

Pre season is a real scam. I was really convince that we have turn the tide during our pre-season games after the disappointing run of form last season. it's like what we have now is 2.0 of last season. No passion, No energy, no coordination, no harmony, no desire to match opponent and no vibe what so ever. When I see how all the teams above are playing I know we have no chance of making top 4 which is my expectation this season. Players and the coach are responsible for what we are seeing right now.
Now I believe Pochs heart is way away from Chelsea hence sabotaging chelsea
