      This is what I like about Rice. He already have a winning mentality. I am glad he didn’t come during Arsene wankar. He would be saying “we just want to play CL, if we make Top 4 we are happy”

      Crucial to him joing Arsenal, ok but nobody else was crazy enough to match West Ham's ridiculous valuation…. City pulled out after £80 mil bid was rejected…. He literally went to the only club that wanted him!!!
