I feel for Ramsdale, as everyone said. He did a lot to get Arsenal back into the CL and is very likeable. But he also had a few clangers in him. Not with his shot stopping. But when clearing it under pressure straight to the opposition. Can't reemember the match, but one of the 1st minute consessions last season was down to his poor cleareance.
No player is bigger than the club, Arsenal has won two big games as a squad; good headache for the manager.
Think Alan thinks we're still in the 90's.
I was surprised when Darren Bent kept insisting that Ramsdale wouldn't get dropped this season because I thought it was obvious that Raya wouldn't have joined Arsenal unless he'd been told that he'd be starting games before too long.

Ramsdale is a mistake waiting to happen. Made more than any other keeper. And was bailed out numerous times. He creates nervous energy throughout that back line. I'm arsenal fan and I'm over joyed he's being replaced
No one cared when a well-performing bernd leno was booted for relegation ramsdale. Now everyone's outraged british boy is getting replaced.

Ramsdale is not consistent. The resson he's not England's number one. Occasionally makes blunders leading to pressure on the team. His improper positioning in goal is cause for all goals coceded by Arsenal so far.
I tried explaining this to Arsenal fans and they didn't believe me. You don't sign a better goalkeeper to sit him in the bench.

You can not grade Raya on t🎉wo games in an Arsenal shirt. Raya did not deserve to start the first champions league game ahead of Ramsdale after he qualified us. Unless Arteta bought Raya to be his number one goal keeper.
Our last 10 games last season were abysmal with goals conceded with Ramsdale, including 3 goals against relegated Southampton.
Surely people can see the logic in this goal keeping match up. We are a professional football club first and foremost, not dear deadrie. We have too compete at the highest levels, so we also need that mentality in our first team. If you think your good enough then prove it. Football is a team sport, we support Arsenal not individual players. Every other position never gets questioned so whats all the media hype.
Just sit back and enjoy the ride.
And we can judge at the end of the season.

A lot of people who don't watch arsenal forget the mistakes Ramsdale makes, some don't see them as they don't watch enough of the games. Time after time he has made mistakes but Arsenal have won so its not a big deal. His shot stopping ability is great. He comes to punch far too much. Look at last year vs PSV away, he cost us the 2nd goal. Many times he has passed it to an opposition player and they have scored. Fulham at home this season he was out of position for the goal. its these mistakes that cost points and Raya right now overall is better.

ALISSON, EDERSON, AND RAYA FOR ME IS IN THAT LONELY CATEGORY TOO OF WORLD CLASS KEEPERS. IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT. THAT'S THE HIGHEST PRAISE I COULD GIVE HIM. RAMBO IS STILL VERY YOUNG FOR A GK AND WILL BE WORLD CLASS, BUT ISN'T THERE YET.
