Honestly Havertz has shown nothing in 2 games. Absolutely nothing! Poor signing so far.
I really donāt understand this Arsenal we have now.Arteta must understand that we were playing the best football we are suppose to replace xhaka for rice only than continue playing the way we were playing .And I donāt think Harvardās impact our team in any way we needed a ruthless player not him .

Havertz is the weak link in this Arsenal team. We are playing with a minus one with havertz on the pitch. He is so lazy and scare for tackle.
I normally like Julians after match comments, but i'm not sure about Havertz's contribution. What i see of him so far, he did very little in 2 years at Chelsea, and has done very little at Arsenal so far. So lets judge him on what he doe's rather than what we think he's doing. He looks a class act moving around the pitch, but so far, very ineffective.
Too many media coaches who don't understand the technicalities of modern football.Kai was one of our best players in the last two games,but it will only take a very good technical viewer to analyze and see how good kai is.
Iām not interested in fans trying to act like they are intelligent and know football well by claiming havertz occupies space and has good āoff the ball movementā football is an all round game and players have to have a multi faceted skill set to be able to serve their respected clubs. He made 0 impact in the last 2 games and we can clearly see he doesnāt work on midfield yet our manager insist on playing him there I hope arteta is sacked by December I canāt take anymore of this

I s'pose we just have to accept some people are so desperate to see what is not actually real. You can anlayse to kingdom come here but two obvious things come out. We dominated created chances and a clinical elite striker would have scored both those chances, nomatter the circumstances – a clinical top striker would have taken both those chances – end of. Jesus is the same he's not a striker nomatter what else he brings. We do not have a top striker and we NEED one. Havertz is non dynamic non impactive – If someone can inform me what he brings over Trossard I'm all ears. I'm told he's "solid" – Ā£65,000,000 for "solid" somehow does not cut it for me!

What Julian says about the time on the ball is spot on, learnt it during my coaching courses. Pay attention to what they do off the ball before you judge them so harshly.
Reality check on havertz.. he was fantastic yesterday. He won the most duels and the most aerials, tell me trossard gives us that?! He also got us 3 free kicks in the opponents half and created the 100% chance martinelli blundered in the start of the first half. He was very good defensively and that was a big reason why Rice looked so good and why was able to play a single cdm. Compare that to mason mount in that united performance this weekend and you understand why very few players can play in an offensive double 8 pivot.
Its very rare to find players that size who are also so tidy on the ball and so well balanced in terms of overall attributes. He has very high match intelligence and im impressed by how he imposes his physicality on the game, i didnt expect that. He looks to me like a guaranteed starter in the team. There is no way i want to go back to playing these small players and get bullied like we did last year.
The only problem i see with havertz in that 8 role is that when we pin teams back our 8s tend to get pushed wide and we really want our tall player in the box. So for that reason i would like to see him and eddie interchange more in situations where we pin them back.
The problem with this setup yesterday wasnt havertz, he was one of our top 4 performers in that game. I didnt however like our left side and this is mostly due to tomiyasu. We are really missing zinny and timber in that role. Tomi was sloppy in possession, he just doesnt have the technique to be playing with 75% possession like we do most our games. He was also struggling defensively vs ayew who is a bang avg winger. We could have mediated this problem by sticking trossard in there for martinelli who didnt have a good game. Martinelli doesnt excel like trossard when teams park the bus because there is no space to run.
