It is a test of character of the team in the face of adversity. ETH has the character to get through this, much of which is out of his control. The players need to operate as a team, raise their game, raise their standards and perform out of self respect but also for the club and fans. Let those you can’t engage with those standards, not willing to learn then the best is to let them go probably….
