  1. The USMNT is going to have a very embarrassing 2026 World Cup at home. They have already started the disaster by putting this negative energy back on the team to lead it. There is no chance the US will ever be a world power if they do not take the last advantage they will ever have in this lifetime with the World Cup in the US or Messi bringing focus to soccer to the dimwits that watch basketball, baseball and NASCAR. They aren't going to look away from what they are watching to see this trainwreck. Unfortunately, it is too late to change the dye that was cast decades ago when the US system was put in place and hasn't changed a bit since then. Honestly, if I were Pulisic, I would see if could fast track citizenship to Croatia, where his grandfather was from. Get off the boat before it takes you down with it.

  2. My frustration is the speed of play. Any decent youth coach would've gotten his players to come out in the 2nd half with more intensity and Gregg had us looking just as flat footed as the 1st half

  3. Let's just run to the corner and cross all game. Strategy of a youth coach that never played the game growing up but decided to coach because there wasn't anyone else stepping up for the role. He isn't qualified for the job. He just knows the right morons that are in charge.

  4. Berhalter ball is boring, plodding and has no urgency. It's been the same his entire tenure. The only reason they are able to score is because of the talent that exists now, not the system.

  5. Berhalter ball is frustrating and doesn't fit well at all with the players we have. Crosses galore into forwards that aren't good in the air. We need to play more through the middle and have a more advanced attacking midfielder instead of playing a DM.

  6. Don't worry. I'm sure there's an Executive Leadership book he will read and maybe a Corporate Leadership seminar at a Marriott in Atlanta he'll attend that will give him some fresh ideas!

  7. I am shocked. Shocked I tell you. WHO KNEW that bringing back a manager that was exposed in the biggest stage and right after, mocked even by a manager that routed him, might translate into a step back on the field 10 months later? This has NEVER happened… a manager brought back for a second cycle and it fails. Never I tell you… in the history of football… has any team including the US brought back the manager from the prior WC, and gone backwards. 😒🙄🤥🤥

  8. What has Berhalter shown us? Nothing but poor offensive performances and overall mediocrity. US Soccer cannot go to the next level with him as the coach.

  9. They scored 3 goals across 4 games at the world cup. I dont care if that gets you out of the group stage or not, its not impressive. The fact that outcome is viewed as positive enough to rehire the man presumedly for another 4 years shows the usmnt and by extension the mls, really arent hitting the levels they need to to realistically think they can compete with europe or south america.

  10. Inacuracy in the passes in the midfield is what was wrong, but that can be attributed to the fact that they hadn't played together in three months- I wonder if these two will be equally critical of Mexico who couldn' beat Uzbekistan today.

  11. Uzbekistan are always a tough team to play against especially if they are hosting. As an Iranian-American, I've watched Iran play them many times. The Uzbeks almost always give Iran trouble. Not that Iran can't defeat them, they win more often than not, but it's never easy. I wouldn't read too much into this. They have a much deeper soccer history and background than the US. It's by far the first sport for them
