saka are built differently, saka himself can’t be compared to anyone. cause he’s a different type of winger, he maybe slow not like the other wingers. but he’s a good dribbler, tough body balance, can slow and holding the games from side area, perfect timing, he also a good at passing, crossing and finishing.
Saka is a year younger and has better stats than vini did at 21 despite playing for a worse team and in a much harder league. Maybe vini better atm but saka is on his way to be better
