If only this team won anything since 1964 instead of making everything about political statements, bending the knee before every game, wearing rainbow armband and giving political interviews.
I mean nothing against LGBTQ+, or racism or any social issue that any person cares about, but as footballer on pitch, the game, professionalism, hard work and dedication to your craft should come foremost. And if you win it all, then feel free state your opinion, some will agree some will not – but don't expect to be the catalyst of a change if you just disappoint the whole nation every 2 years.
