  1. The other issue is Fati came of age when Barca were poor and thus he could afford to make mistakes. Now, Xavi won the lg and wants to continue the same formula: tight defense and boring football. Winning futbol meant Fati couldn't play his mistakes on the field. Brighton has a way of polishing gems, even old gems, if you buy wholly into what the manager wants you to do. Roberto is an attacking version of Conte.

  2. He wasn't taking his opportunities???
Really..what is this ale moreno saying…
He scored 2brilliant goals in preseason….still he was on the bench..
He made an impact on the game each time he came on as a sub…..
    This is utter nonsense….
Ian is right… this is a fantastic move for ansu

  3. I bet there is some kind of blow up in the dressing room after the game against Villarreal. Ansu forcing bad shots in 2v1 situation while Lewa is totally free. When Lewa complaints to him, Ansu idd not even want to look at him, and then when Lewa is supposed to pass to Ansu he doesn't do it. Two very clear goal chances gone. To make things worse, Ferran play his best football in limited minutes and the day after Lewa criticizing Xavi for fielding to many midfielders.

  4. A lot of people forget the factor of barca's medical team. After the first big injury, the doctors performed the same surgery THRICE before they could get it right. All that time on the bench at such a young age combined with a decreasing confidence and a different body resulted in this

  5. "Everything they touch turns to gold" they said the same about Southampton, then it went bad. You cant rely on refreshing your entire team over an over with transfers. Soomer or later they dont work out.

  6. The problem is that Ansu abandoned his natural wing which is 9. He cannot do better than a natural 10. So, this is his opportunity to maintain his rightful position. Jesus, Aguero, Romario, Victor roque are 9 despite the fact that they are not tall.

  7. Mitoma is way better than Fati. As mentioned in the video, Fati will have to play in the middle. Brighton will always start Mitoma over Fati. Anyone will.

  8. If Felix were any good, he would have flourished at Atletico.
Is Xavi and the management ranks that stupid to spend money on him when they've just acquired Cancelo – a proven performer – and so many burgeoning talent from La Masia who should start to appear for the senior team sooner rather than later?

  9. Xavi literally came to Barca and changed everything bro was starting Roberto at LW while he had Ansu tryna get back to his old self literally didn’t give Ansu playing time but still finished wit 10goals to me Ansu would’ve gotten back his form of Xavi played him more
