Brentford have agreed a deal with Sampdoria for Mikkel Damsgaard. He will become Brentford’s 4th signing of the summer and is expected to fill the void left by fellow Dane Christian Eriksen. Mikkel Damsgaard spent much of last season injured but will be hoping to turn things around on this occasion. One thing also is he can handle pressure. In the euros stepping in for Ericksen under those circumstances reaching the semi final with all that pressure not for a club but country and at such a young age. I like how he likes to shoot prefer a shot if wide or saved than losing procession through a pass and an immediate counter.
