When Jesús Ferreira was growing up, soccer was the only way he could communicate with everyone. With his Father playing professionally in Colombia, his Mom and siblings decided to stay in Texas to pursue their dreams. Struggling with the language and the culture, Ferreira was able to express himself through the beautiful game and follow the dream of playing in the World Cup.   2. My favorite stories are the ones from the dual-nats or first-generation Americans. Hearing the pride they have in playing for the USA just makes me so proud of our country.
