Müller will be a great DT
Recently we had trail for the college team. I probably had the best first touch, and i only played 1-2, i kept passing didn’t hold the ball, first touch pass then make the run, i kept doing this for all 3 days. Since I’m a midfielder i was very confident, but I didn’t get selected. All the guys with flashy skills and kept losing possession got selected. It hurts to this day ngl. Maybe I’m just a sore loser.

Thomas Müller is the smartest football player imo. It's one thing to have ball IQ and to know the steps and touches to need to make to create chances – but to lead a whole team the way he does, for going on a decade, is just magnificent. If it wasn't for him, Kimmich wouldn't be the next generation German captain.
Thats why england will always be bad internationally I have been to a lot of trials and they never look for attacking midfielders like muller its only the quick pacey players

I have never liked Bayern Munich but I have always loved Muller because of what Davies just talked about. He is sound in his fundamentals and succeeds because of how smart a player he is.

Honestly, being efficient and “not fancy” is a totally legit and underrated method of play. Compare it to Lewis Hamilton in F1 — efficiency is a totally valid route to grateness
