The pride on his face when he said "Well done, you are the MOTM" was heart warming… you can tell how much it means to him. Imagine growing up dreaming of playing abroad in the Premier League only to get a MOTM performance under the flood lights. I'm happy for him.
The career Faes is making is above all expectations. He used to be relegated from Anderlecht's youth into low/mid level clubs in the domestic league and now he's MOTM in Leicester – Leeds. Big fan of his personality, still unconvinced of his playing style, which is energetic to the point of being all over the place. We need good young central defenders though in our national 11, so all credits to him for defying the impressions – maybe he's our man indeed.
