Honestly based on what I saw in the time he was on the pitch, he's going to prove a nightmare for defenders. Gabriel was really struggling to live with not only Hojlund's physicality yesterday but also his pace. How United didn't get a penalty late on when Gabriel practically rugby tackled him away from the ball & made no attempt to play anything other than the man I have no idea, it defies all logic. No wonder Ten Hag was incensed.

a player like rasmus højlund deserve more than 25 min in a debut. he should have taken martial out after first half.. he was horrible. should have given højlund the full second half. but hey thats just my opinion. hopefully he will get more in the next game. hes awesome. i love højlund

To play for United you have to have personality, he looks to have got that in spades. He clearly believes in his own ability, technically he looks very good, he showed he's got pace when he broke through midfield unlucky not to get the ball. He's got a very bright future ahead of him.
Utd fans wont be able to win no matter what they do regarding Hojlund to be fair.
If they gas him up they will be laughed at when he inevitably only scores 9 Prem goals this season (which is a perfectly respectable amount for any debut 20 year old by the way).
If they write him up and say he wont score enough goals (which he wont) they will get labelled as sh*t fans.

Hoijlund will be good for us it will just take him a few years to reach his peak and Ten Haag coming out and slamming Sancho yet never says anything about Maguire says it all about where we are as a club right now but hopefully our form will pick up once Amrabat Regulion and Hoijlund come into the team and finally that fidget spinner Antony needs to go he’s belongs in the circus with the tricks he does not on a football pitch.
