  1. Gary giving shitty excuses about the owners etc. they’ve supported ETH through thick and thin. He’s almost spent 500m in his first 2 seasons.

He’s failed to drop some dead weights are still using the likes of Maguire, Martial, Evans.

How can you blame the owner for that?

  2. Gary Neville blaming the owners is such a broken record. Man Utd have not been starved of investment, have been competitive in the transfer market, have acquired some of the most sought after managers/players in world football yet haven’t performed on the pitch. You can blame the owners all you want but really, it’s the mentality of the club; the absolute definition of hubris.

  3. Teams have improved since last season and united haven't. Not sure standards have dropped, just no improvement

Last season, they had good home form and relied on counter attack against the better teams, similar to how Ole set up. They have no style of play and defence is simply shocking.

Nobody is afraid of Man Utd and haven't been for quite a while. I hope i'm wrong, but i predict a 6th place finish at best and i actually thought that pre seaaon.

Why did they sign mount? Just why?

  4. David talking about net spend 😂 what a clown. United are high on net spend cause the board are too incompetent to sell players for decent amounts

  5. It is never a given you have to earn it no matter who you play for
Poor managers poor players more opposition much better than in the past.

  6. You cannot challenge and win trophies with old player .us casemiro. Erikson and average player like dalot .maguire ..plus the signing of Evans .and the worst player is Antony 😡

  7. Why do the Glazers get so much criticism? Perhaps if people talked about their management, or non-financials it's "understandable". But they've consistently allowed the club to spend significant amount of money in the last 10 years. Sure, they also bring in the most money in the league, but they've probably spent more than anyone or in the vicinity or City and Chelsea over last 10 years.

Do they decide who to buy as well? If not, why is spending the money poorly their fault?

  8. Everything has dropped from the top down. Ronaldo spoke of that and everybody was criticizing him. People forgot that the Man Utd that Ronaldo left wasn’t the one he had returned to and even though he gave his all but the team is in crisis

  9. Players are on millions no matter what, if they’re shite/injured/can’t be bothered! The know they still get paid 100%, so where is the stress for them?? Other employees may be worried but the players are laughing all the way, so a take over is no excuse! Make them self employed and you would see the difference instantly!!

  10. City leads the way, followed closely by arsenal. Teams like Newcastle, Brighton, Brentford are on the ascendancy very quickly. Chelsea are up there but they are going through a huge transformation and people need to give them time. United have stayed at the same level for 5/7 years. It hasn’t dramatically dropped guys. They just haven’t got out of 3rd gear

  11. Even towards the end of Fergies era, the recruitment barring 1 or 2 signings overall it was poor, United still won leagues because of the Genius of Fergie.

Only now it's coming to light that the problem starts at the top, Rooney was questioning the clubs ambition in 2010 and United just won 3 leagues in a row and CL 2 years earlier.

Some could see ahead that after Fergie it will collapse because the club isn't run properly.

  12. United beat Newcastle at Wembley to win their first trophy since 2017, and Guardiola said it was only a matter of time until they began to compete again given their transfer spend. Since Guardiola took charge in 2016 United have spent £1.077billion – a fraction more than City who've splashed £1.074bn. What more do you want the owners to do Gary?

  13. Every loss is the Glazers fault; second highest net spend, you got the manager you wanted, team full of 50 mill plus players/ World Cup and champions league winners. We don’t wanna hear it anymore
