  1. This liverpool team have scored over 3 goals with ten men 2 games in a row there forward play exceptional if klopp just made them defend a bit more deep and compact like today they are a serious problem

  2. Saying liverpool fans thaught he wad another Andy caroll is a stupid thing to say the man has like 18 goals for Liverpool in 24 starts hahhaha your a clown man honestly

  3. The Newcastle vs Liverpool game demonstrated the ineptitude of most English football managers. Howe took of Tonali and Isaak, the attacking players and chose to sit in. Meanwhile, Klopp brought on new and energetic attacking players who pressed on seeking the goals and then the win. Ironically, Safegate was also in attendance at St James Park. Possibly, he may also have learned a thing or two from Klopp's tactics in this game?

  4. i don’t get the trent hate for this game, yes he gave away the goal but other than that what could he do differently? people were saying he had an awful game but when ur given a yellow for getting fouled 4 minutes into a game what can u do after that. When gordon was running at him he had to just let him go whichever way he wanted cus especially with how gordon is he draws a foul and he’d probably be off after one more foul

  5. Pep has managed around 250 games more than Howe, all at a higher level and in different leagues (la liga, bundesliga and champions league which howe has never managed in) and Klopp is in a similar bracket to Klopp.

Howe made a mistake with the subs but I'm sure Pep and Klopp have mistakes in their younger years they look back and think "wtf was I thinking making that sub?" – Howe will get there and be all the better for this.

  6. let's not gloss over the glaringly obvious fact that the geordies only managed to score as a result of a mistake by us, their inability to score from their own play gave our boys belief and we did an Ali on them… played against the ropes and let them tire themselves out – then we knocked them out. they had 23 shots (8 on target), we had 9 shots (4 on target). Darwin's 1st goal was our 1st shot at all following dopey virgil's red card. proper smash 'n' grab

    YNWA

  7. Some performance yeah?? 😎 Hopefully we can have a run of games now, smack the Villa next (I live in Staffordshire and hate the Vile), but still feel were missing a few components and twice now Trent has given away the ball in the same position which has resulted in a goal?? Great finishing by Darwin but still not sure about him. YNWA!!

  8. LFC fans know we have a gem in Darwin… All other fan bases are the ones been singing the shit Andy Carroll since he signed… Its great watching him wind you all up 😂

  9. we bought nunez to be our striker for the future. so far, it’s going according to plan. he will be one of the best strikers in the world. top 4 in a few years

  10. Newcastles subs won that game for Liverpool, keep Tonali and Gordon on then the game pretty much stays the same

  11. Come on lfc was so lucky on another day the toon would of been 3 or 4 up then Liverpool with there only real 2 chances scored, I think ppl r going a bit over the top with how well Liverpool done they was outplayed for 80 mins.

  12. Super sub ?? Ridiculous. 26 games 17 goals so far . We had a poor season last season so it was hard for him but he is a top player and everyone at the club loves him , he gonna be ok . More than a super sub , but if he comes off the bench and scores if you want to call that a super sub , whatever . Eddie Howe isnt in the same class as Klopp and it shown in his substitutions and his unwillingness to be brave and put us to the sword , too scared of our forwards but if you want to be a big team you got to be brave and inspire your team from the touchline. He s good but he aint no Klopp. YNWA

  13. One thing I will say about Nunez is that last season he never showed signs of low confidence; he kept trying and trying, and just like any job, if you have the right manager and the right attitude and work ethic, it pays off. End of the day, rival fans will always want him to flop. Why would they want him to succeed?

He has scored against City, United twice, Newcastle thrice, Real Madrid and Arsenal. it should be clear by now that there is a really solid player there. Salah will not be around forever, and Nunez knows there is a spot waiting for him if he keeps going; Liverpool has the strongest attacking options in the league and with creative midfielders in the mix, I hope it unlocks them even more. Could be an interesting season.

  14. Núñez will push for a move if Klopp keep’s benching him. He’s not a footballer who accepts being a sub. I mean Klopp has already manage to piss him off, he’s playing a dangerous game.
