  1. “Except Gio Reyna” well that’s not true there’s also Pepi, Scally, Cannon, Brooks all spoke out. another signaling for Alexis. Shocker.

  2. Yes I would say. Look what with Brooks he had one horrible conversation with Gregg and he is gone. I ever say he is the best CB in our pool. What make you think it won’t happen with Gio and he is very important player. They shouldn’t have hire Gregg in first place

  3. GGG is such a clown. Sack him and get someone who's more focused on building a successful team and not on their own headlines or vendettas

  4. what an absolute loser Gregg is turning out to be. grow up, dude.
making the decision by US soccer look idiotic in the blind day of light when months after getting the job (again), you (still) haven't fixed your most public bit of embarrassment?? brother, that is big time loser energy. ffs.

  5. Why there are 3 vimen discussing with such applomb
( as if they really know haha) the problems in the men national football team and just one guy whoever that guy is? Thats equity( not even a shade of equality) for ya i guess. Vimen has no business meddling in the boys affairs on professional level, different psychological profile, physicality, differen everything. Gio Reina's mom trying to get Greg fired( if true) is a typical womens talking point instead of the undoubted fact that under Greg we are playng like turds and in the few games without him i saw for the first time in years team USA fighting hard for the shirt as any other natuonal team does. Gio's mom, olive branches, blah blah blah.

  6. With such a bright future why do we need to pull a coach from the past? USSF do better. Still lost as to why they have this group talking about Vanity FAir. Time to polish up the spanish and go back to TUDN.

  7. Fire Gregg. He doesn't know wtf he's doing, only got his job thru MLS corruption with his bro. They are the krassenstein bro's of soccer

  8. Reyna/Berhalter is dominating headlines because we learned that despite Berhalter's statements during the "press conference" he has done nothing to work on resolving this issue. He did not start coaching right away so he would have time to mend these fences, not just with Reyna but with Pepi, Scally, and others. We learn that as far as Reyna, he has done nothing. He has "thought about it" I guess and considered a "mediator." What is going to happen, and mark my words, as long as Berhalter is in charge Reyna won't be in a camp with the US. He will be "injured" or "unfit" throughout this tenure. Then the other excuse will be that Berhalter "reached out" — whatever that will entail — and that Reyna didn't respond. Berhalter is setting this up to entirely freeze out Reyna. This is precisely what we all expected, because this is precisely how Berhalter works. Period. Crocker and USSF will have to answer for this fiasco after 2026 when the USMNT lays an egg, because Berhalter the manager of egos is as awful as Berhalter the tactician. This is precisely why he shouldn't have returned; he cannot manage players and he is a dreadful tactician. Last comment: I have seen nothing about who Berhalter has hired to round out his staff. I would love to know.

  9. Not every player. The players that GGG liked and played spoke in favor of him. Ask the guys @danw4711 wrote about. Yeah…what I thought. Nothing. Crickets. GGG is continuing to be an utter disappointment. There's no excuse for not talking to Gio YET. Seriously. And he's supposed to the "leadership" guy. Joke.

  10. Gio should have been the most important player at the last world cup. Greg is just way to bull headed to see it. I think he gets lost in his own analytics sometimes.

Ironically, Gio's Mom going psycho made it a lot more likely he would be back. People like Alexi Lalas thought we owed it to him to right the wrong she had done. If she had kept her cool, we could have just focused on all the mistakes he made as a coach. Instead, everyone was distracted by what she did.

Oh well. Four more years of our only offense being to press the hell out of the other team and pray they gift us an easy goal. If that doesn't work, hopefully they will get distracted by your shoes and bounce passes.

  11. Berhalter should never have been in the running. He made too many man management errors. He broke too many rules of the locker room. I don't know how our players are so spineless. TBH it explains a lot considering their WC performance.

  12. Gregg's not a great coach but all the Gio Reyna drama came from Reynas. Gio acted like a baby and his parents tried to ruin Gregg's life. Gregg owes the Reynas nothing.

  13. more bush league management from USSoccer. They should have stipulated what Berhalter has to do before they rehired him. And they didn’t.

  14. Not really sure why Berhalter is responsible for this drama….it was the Reyna family that went out of their way to create problems because as a coach, right or wrong, he did not play Gio to their expectations. Why hasn't Gio reached out and apologized for his parents and requested a sit down and talk? The rest of the USMNT, virtually as a whole, wanted Gregg back soooooo…are we going to fire a coach because of one prima donna's family and his own sulking? I am not a Berhalter fan and think we could have gotten a better coach to take us to the next level with this upcoming WC but this drama being drummed up is not on Gregg. And Gio is FAR from being our best player!!!!

  15. That the USSF rehired him is baffling. About what you'd expect from Greg and his bounce passes and cool sneakers. 😂
