Everton Augusto de Barros Ribeiro (port. Éverton Augusto de Barros Ribeiro; April 10, 1989, Aruja) is a Brazilian footballer, attacking midfielder for Club Flamengo and the Brazilian national team.
He began his career at the Corinthians club, where he played as a left-back. In 2008 he went on loan to the San Cayetano club. Then, Everton moved to the Coritiba club. In 2013 he moved to Cruzeiro, and became the champion of Brazil in the same year. A year later he repeated this achievement.
In 2015 he moved to Al-Ahli. The transfer amount was about 15 million euros. In three seasons, he won the UAE Championship, won the League Cup and two UAE Super Cups.
Since 2017 he has been playing for Flamengo. In the first year, he helped his team reach the final of the Brazilian Cup. Together with the team, on November 23, 2019, he won the Copa Libertadores. Also helped his team win the State Championship and Brazilian Championship 2019.
