If It Isn't Below The Belt It Isn't A Low Blow,, last time i checked your belt line is around your waist not your balls so stop lying for Usyk you can't change the rules the ref tell you before the fight he points at your belt line and says here is good anything Below here is illegal and he points at your belt line,, so your makin up excuses was it Below The Belt No so your lying and it's not a Low Blow its a Borderline shot on the Belt-line.

Then "WHY" after stating this was a Low Blow then "WHY" did the Referee "NOT" Deduct a point from Dubois after giving Usyk several minutes too Recover from the Low Punch ? The Referee is in charge of both fighter's, and also Overlooked that Usyks shorts were High not showing the Belly button? The protector doesn’t dictate what is low the navel is legal , below the navel is not legal. All depends where his knuckles landed. As Usyks shorts were above his navel.

Yes in the rules its a low blow but it was in his lower abdomen and he was hurt from a good body shot not an illegal strike to the groin area. If that was MMA it would be a legal strike and he'd have lost.
