The problem is there are to many individualistic players that don't know how to cater to Lewandowski's strengths like they did at Bayern… however, that is a double-edged sword as he then carries the attack and the team he plays for lives and dies by his performance

I agree, we need to play with 2 wingers, if you've noticed our last 2 games we only performed well when Xavi brought on an extra winger, if we start like that and maybe end the game with more midfielders to keep position it would make more sense

Cancelo will help though. Balde and Cancelo full backs, Ferran and Yamal wingers

Signing Lewandowski would have made a lot more sense if they kept Koeman, who wanted to play a 4-2-3-1 and play more the way Lewandowski is accustomed to (Though not the exact same). Had they found a partner for De Jong in the double pivot, Pedri could have played behind Lewandowski with wingers on each side. Xavi's style suits more of a false 9.

Barcelona’s terrible recruitment coming back to haunt them as usual. Lewandowski, Raphinha, Ferran Torres. What a huge waste of money. Players who are too old or simply not good enough. Also, Pedri’s career is on the verge of being destroyed because he was way overplayed at such a young age by Luis Enrique and Xavi. Muscle injuries usually only get worse.
