Gallagher is improving and we need to have some faith in him if he stays. He actually played well has the potential to improve. It's dangerous to imagine that only Caicedo is what chelsea requires. Brighton might as well decide to keep him.
Gallagher did improve a bit so far under Poch but he can't be that midfilder we desperately need in that midfield. Caicedo is important to get done.

Gallagher is not a DM, and not the an option to have in DM if we don't get Caicedo also.
But I will like him to stick around as a squad player. Poch is doing a great job on him.
He needs to learn more on the technical aspect of the game, how to hold on to possession and how to resist press too. He just have to work more on his on the ball ability.
We don't have a proper CDM in our midfield, Enzo, Galla, Santos and Casadei all are kinda no. 8 and 6, i prefer Ugochukwu to stay with us this seaon but i guess that's not the case so we need Caicedo 💯

Chelsea is blessed already in the midfield with Lesley ,Enzo, Casadei and Santos. Caicedo is not better than Lesley. Lesley is well experienced player and has tremendous skill set ,energy, and mentality. And he more suited for Premier league than Caicedo.
