      Please tell me this isn’t true. James McCarthy all over again! Another player on massive wages who will never see the light of day and just sit on our bench. We’ve got Matt O’Riley, Reo Hatate and David Turnbull, why do we need Aaron Mooy? Absolute joke, just another massive wage to pay who will contribute nothing of note.

      Mooy is a good player. He held his own in EPL. Great attitude, takes responsibility, experienced and skillful.

      Can only imagine the calibre of the other options Ange has been offered if he is accepting this. Backed my fking arse, zero net investment as per. Edouard and Ajer last year covered Jota and CCV. Absolutely pathetic window so far, giving sevco every chance to close the gap.

      Some of the comments on here are diabolical. A couple of grim reapers behind a keyboard. Mooy was an excellent player in England a few years back. If Ange still reckons he's got it then why would we question him. He's an intelligent player, a leader and its strengthened the competition in midfield.

      Certainly looks like he can pick a pass and likes to get forward also not scared to have a pop at goal..by no means lacing the original Wizard of Oz's boots!! Tom rogic the best Aussie to play in the hoops shirt but mooy still would be a great addition to the Celtic squad!! Hail hail

      Mooy is perfect for Anges squad right now in so many ways – ball retention, dictation of play, pace control, dead balls and playing out from the back against a high press (aka rangers!) – he needs the games and conditioning for the upcoming world cup, the scottish etc but most importantly for him its his last crack at the champions league. Top bloke, experience for the dressing room – free transfer, no brainer!

      This was my #1 transfer prediction when Ange took charge last year. Everyone rubbished it and some still do. Can't wait to check in with everyone in a year's time, bar any injuries 😁
