      We fluffed our lines against THE top team and only lost one nil. It’s the fact that we didn’t do our best. But if we played our very best and lost would we be feeling worse or better?
      I live in west London and I’m surrounded by chewsi fans and they’re not happy about Hall going as they’d be led to believe that he was not to be sold to anyone.
      I saw somewhere that we were linked with Benfica’s CB that absolutely everyone wants and would be £50m minimum and probably a lot more but I can’t see that happening.

      Good for him. Any div that slags off the team because they lost to Man City is an idiot. Some fans really need a blast of reality sometimes. I was gutted we lost but knew we were better than last time we played them. City were at home in a full stadium, for a change, and coming off the back of winning a title and displaying the three trophies they won last season. It's the second game of the season against a club that's huge with a huge player rotation. Bruno is correct. Stupid supporters. I remember a bad game Bruno had last season and a dumbo woman came of someone's (maybe Adam P's channel) and said " Bruno was shit." That made me mad. If she'd had a brain cell she'd have been dangerous. 🙄

      That user was posting provocative, unhelpful click bait because they get cash for interactions on twitX. They’ve done it before too, so they’re noy innocent. Thankfully I unfollowed that account a while ago. Many others have done the same recently.

      I don't think footballers should pay any attention to things said on Twitter. It's become a cesspit of negativity that has only gotten worse since Musk bought it. We could probably win the treble and they'd still be fans on Twitter giving players abuse.

      Its social media, could have been anyone been toxic (and not a Newcastle fan) like you I'm disappointed with the manor of the loss but that cause most of us had hope of getting a result for the 1st time ever 🤫 but came away feeling like the lads didn't play their normal style.. really hope this doesn't hangover to Liverpool next week as that will be just as hard
