Deluded Pepe has been at arsenal longer than Sancho, Anthony and Mudryk have been at there clubs respectively. Also clearly Arteta canโt coach or manage players to make them better compared to other greats managers out there.

Yes, pแบนpแบน was given some time to evolve before things became really bad for him. Any good player that enters Arsenal's team at the moment will definitely find it much more easier to work with the team better than before.
I think for someone like me, I'd give him some chances in games I've already won to see how things turn out to be. That will reduce the pressure on him and will give him more confidence to play over time. You'd be able to see his natural style of play.
With time, he'd be able to handle any pressure.
Considering his previous club performance I would say Arsenal are helping him evolve. His defensive understanding if not good make him a striker
