      How is Chelsea meeting FFP rules while spending so much money in consecutive transfer windows? This loophole of super long-term contracts of 7, 8 years period must be looked at by the powers to be. And they're also stockpiling talented, young players again. It's good for the club and its fans, but in the overall scheme of things, it's not good for football and the young players involved if they don't get enough minutes to fully develop or get loaned out year after year to different environments.

      As for Maguire, it's sad to see a professional choose to just sit on the bench and collect his paycheck instead of going to another club where he'll probably play a lot more and actually work for his pay. I wonder if this is the kind of role model he wants to portray to his kids. It'd be such a shame if we don't get to see Pavard playing in the EPL just cos Maguire wants his big payout in order to move. I think even the neutrals would rather see Pavard play than Maguire. Heck, even Bailly is better than Maguire. Both will make mistakes, but at least Bailly will compensate with more goal-saving blocks and tackles than Maguire. Phil Jones too!

      They had a Huge squad.
      Got rid of players (well done for that)

      And now just inflated the squad again.

      Instead of getting positions that are shaky, they keep signing Midfielders.

      Man u is so lost. They want Pavard when they had splashed on Wan Bissaka just 2-3 years ago and him being solid. They want to replace Casemiro 1 year after his arrival. Joke of a club.
