It's just occurred to me how natural and honest west ham players are in front of the camera.

Went to 1980 final ,had season ticket for 12 years in 90s and 2000s go now 5 or six home games same away games. Went to all European home games last few years. Been to most English grounds. This was my first European away game.
Shared it with my son and good mates.

During the part on the qualifying round I recalled that we had lost the last the European Qualifiers Astra Giu Giu (with Payet) twice and Palermo. So there are no easy games in Europe. In the first tie we went behind, it would have been easy for that to go wrong.
It was good to see some of the youngsters involved. Given their long season with all their success it was probably best that they did not play to much with the first team to make sure they won their league.
Great for Divin who probably qualifies for one of those medals.
The celebration after the semi-final was magnificent those players will always clearly wanted to win the tournament. It is important the appreciate most players never win a trophy in their careers. The preparation for the final was first rate, and the final was well executed.
Shame this team could not stay together but most of the players will be here next season. The appointment of the captain will be important.

I’m a Blackburn fan aged 24 and I’ve never seen us win a trophy. In my lifetime, I’d happily win either the conference league, uefa cup, fa or league cup. And to whose who go ‘tinpot trophies’ they are not real football fans.
