Why do Liverpool always wait till another club signs a player before realizing that oh…this player is a gem we need him but we cant meet the parent clubs valuation.Who does the scouting.Why should they always listen to Klopp…we have passed over great players because they arw not players Klopp likes.Yet we got Arthur last season for 8 million and he was of no use to us.We need to change the way we scout or have a different head of scouting.Chieck Doucoure was signed for 26 million last season.Paulinha 20 million…Enzo was available for 10 million at River plate…New castle paid 40 million only for Gumareas…if some other club goes and signs Kone or Thuram tomorrow then Kloop will start chasing them with 100 million…our scouts need to do better.
