Arsenal has wasted tons of money – On Declan. Mikel Arteta signed him because Rice reminds him of his own playing style. Declan is Not going to improve Arsenal. The other new signing, Timber (from Ajax) will make a bigger impact. In fact, even the young players coming through from the youth academy will be much better.
